Values are different, and the expectations of there are apparently rooted in 1950's America. At least there is this: when finding the perfect name for a baby who's gender is still a secret, and who will one day grow into an adult, get a job (probably) and live a life, then it is the parent's duty to give that person a name which won't embarrass him or her. Husband is right. I tend too much to look for the unusual, for the perfect name which will render my child steadfastly unique. So, I am seeking a name which will balance uniqueness with a future that is not as likely to be traumatized by mispronunciations, childhood jeering and solid opportunities snatched away.
Balance is something with which I am not all that familiar.|||91512865|||
