But, I do have the appearance of being very busy. Fortunately, no one can see that all my furious typing is directed towards activities of a personal nature.

I've just made someone cry. I am trying to talk her into staying in her job, and before I knew it - she was tearing up and racing out of my office. As soon as I saw that she was crying, I started to cry and now I feel so awful. I don't know what is going on in her life. I hope I'm not mistaken in that she didn't realize how appreciated she is, but I suspect that she thought she was being pushed out. This is very awkward.|||108368875754761554|||ack!
