There is so much community being built in them and through them - that I'm sure it won't be very long before whole college courses are designed around them and academic articles are published (which has in all likelihood already happened) about all the untapped, "common" person talent which can be explored through blogging. I could go on and on and on about the benefits and the community and the talent and everything else offered through blogging.

So, I think it's kind of cool to see how virtually every site I have any interest in whatsoever has linked to Dooce. This woman is a wonderful and witty writer, and every time she writes about her problems with depression or her bleating baby or just how cool it is to be a mother, I cheer her on from the stadium seating and hope that her life turns out to be just as magical as her words.
