11/15/2004 04:13:55 PM|||Amy|||I took Bear and Monkey to see The Incredibles yesterday. Holy God. This was Monkey’s first movie, and she spent the majority of it crawling on the floor, kicking the seats in front of us and peering over the back of her seat at the people behind us. Finally, I picked her up, took her to the back of the theater and threatened to take her out back if she didn’t settle down. Bear did really well. He didn’t even freak out when I disappeared with Monkey. I could see him looking around for us, but he was fine. I was really, really proud of him, and grateful. His first movie was The Emperor's New Groove and he spent it pinioned between the legs of his father and I, since in comparison - he behaved with less decorum than Monkey did yesterday.
