As we were waiting for him to make his appearance, I overheard him tell the other doctor in his practice how he is being forced to buy his neighbor a new car after backing into it where it was parked in front of his driveway at night.

Anyway, Winston is better. She doesn't have much energy, and she's a little grumpy - but she doesn't have much of a fever. On our way home we stopped at the drugstore and bought these little life-saving gems for the Monkey. Monkey had no problem downing a couple of these where she wouldn't even consider a teaspoon of Motrin last night. So, bright red, restless and extremely irritable, Monkey is trying to sleep off her fever but at least she has a little Tylenol to help her along the way. Both girls are sneezing out at least a couple of ounces of green snot every few minutes, and neither one particularly appreciates all the wiping and ewwwwing that goes on afterwards.

Winston measured in at 31 and 3 quarter inches, and 22.11 pounds. This puts her in the 50th percentile for height, and the 25th for weight. Largely, I don't think the percentiles mean much but with Monkey it has become a sort of game to just keep her on the charts. Monkey is tiny, where Winston and Bear are normal. Monkey eats, but unless she shifts gears - she will most likely grow to adulthood with much the same body type as her father - which, you know, I'm kind of rooting for her on this one.|||110909508612796676|||Copious Globs of Green Glop
